CREATING characters

The act of making your own original character is like birthing your own child! Making characters makes me so happy. You get to make a whole person. Plot out their whole life, hair color, personality traits etc. You are the shot caller, you can make any kind of character you want.

When I was in middle school my friend and I literally made characters based off FOOD ! And thus these children I’ve had over the past 8 years were born. I have over 30 Original OCs. (OCs - Original Characters). And I love them all! I Will start to introduce them here on my blog!

This is my OC Truth. I made him years ago and will be sharing his background story and such! When making OCs it’s always helpful to make quick facts so you can get the framework of the character. Here are some quick facts about my OC Truth:

Making Characters in this fashion, aside from appearances that you decide to give them, has helped me develop characters with meaning. When you give a character essential facts you make them more lively.
